Dana M. Dinkens




Dana M. Dinkens graduated with a B.A. degree from Trinity University in May 2013 before pursuing her legal education at Texas Tech University where she earned her J.D. in May 2020. During her last year at Tech Law, she was a student attorney in the Caprock Regional Public Defender Office where she represented indigent clients in the rural counties outside of Lubbock. She has been with the law firm of Wetsel, Carmichael, Allen, & Lederle, L.L.P. in the Lubbock, Texas office since graduation. Her practice focuses primarily on oil and gas, wind, and solar development, as well as civil litigation and criminal defense.
